Agreement between Big House Productions LLC and the Client.
Big House Productions LLC agrees to provide video and creative production services as outlined in individual estimates, statements of work, or signed agreements. Services may include pre-production, filming, editing, finishing, and delivery of agreed assets.
Invoices are due according to the schedule in your agreement unless otherwise specified. Deposits or milestone payments may be required before production or release of final files. Late payments may result in suspension of work or withholding of deliverables until the account is current.
Upon full payment for the applicable scope, the Client receives the usage rights described in the agreement for the deliverables. Big House Productions LLC retains rights to generic methods, templates, and internal tools, and may request credit as specified in the contract.
Services may be cancelled by either party as set forth in the applicable agreement or estimate. The Client is responsible for payment of all work completed, costs incurred, and cancellation fees (if any) up to the effective cancellation date.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Big House Productions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
